Sautéed Keto Shrimp

2tbs Organic Coconut Oil

3oz Frozen cauliflower

2oz Frozen Shrimp

1oz Shredded Colby Jack Cheese

1tsp Minced Garlic

Salt and Pepper to taste

In a large skillet or frying pan heat up 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Add shrimp and garlic and lightly saute. Once lightly sautéed add your cauliflower and cover. Stirring occasionally. For 5-10 minutes.

This is a quick and easy lunch option if you are watching your carbs or calories! The picture does not do it justice this is quite a yummy lunch and it should leave you satisfied.shrimpcolliflower
