Shamrock Shake

12oz Coconut Milk or Almond Milk

2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

1 Scoop Amazing Greens

1-2 Tsp Peppermint Extract (you can also measure to taste)

I have seen recipes call for spinach or kale, I do not use them very often.

You can also add a drop of green food color if you want to really make a statement!

Protein Shakes  Protein Power

8oz Coconut milk or Almond milk

2 scoops Protein Powder

1 scoop Amazing Greens

1-2 tsp Coco Powder

2-3 shakes cinnamon

1 tbsp Nutella (optional)

Shake well or stick in blender to mix and enjoy!

Homemade Coffee Creamer Keto Coffee

1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

3 1/2 cups Half and Half or Heavy Cream

1tbs Vanilla Extract (or to taste)

** We use a 4 cup measurer so you can adjust to your serving size**
